Rosa Costen
Born and raised in Trujillo, Peru, my journey led to Marietta, GA over 30 years ago. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a rich cultural perspective to the table.
I worked hard to graduate from Georgia State University on my own. And I spent 14 years working hard in corporate America. Then, I decided my family needed me more and started a new adventure as a full time mom. This eventually turned into working with Jeff. The decision to create The Costen Team wasn't only about business. It was about creating a life that prioritizes family. I got to have a bigger role in raising my two daughters here in East Cobb. Family starts at home. I understand the importance of making great memories at home. It makes me happy when my now older daughters want to come home and spend time with Jeff and I.
I have a tenacious work ethic and a genuine desire to see my clients happy. I'm tech-savvy and client-focused. I believe in leveraging technology to enhance the real estate experience. Jeff Costen
I have lived in three different states in my life (Georgia, Illinois, and Florida). Born in Atlanta my family moved to Chicago when I was 2 years old. At 16 my family moved to Clearwater, FL. And when I was almost 30 I moved back to Atlanta. My time in each state represents a different season in my life. It seems I've been in the right place for my entire life. For that I am blessed. But home is where the heart is...and Georgia has always felt like home to me. It's where I met my wife and raised my family and the only place I'd like to be right now.
Real Estate was not my first profession, but rather my third. But as the saying goes..."The third time's the charm!" After successful restaurant and construction careers, real estate felt like a natural progression. I learned to talk with people from all walks of life as a waiter, bartender and bar manager in my 20s. I learned how to run a business and sell a service to homeowners in the fence construction business in my 30s. In my 40s, I built on both those experiences and got my real estate license here in Metro Atlanta. When Rosa left her corporate job to become my part-time assistant and a full time mom, The Costen Team was born. And we've never looked back!
